I wasn’t sure if I even had a mold issue, but the smell in my house was getting worse. The inspector came out and was very professional. He found a small problem but said it wasn’t serious yet. What I liked was that he gave me options on how to handle it instead of pushing for an expensive fix. I’d recommend them for their honesty and professionalism.
