I hired Novateck Floor Corp to install BR111 Brazilian Cherry engineered wood throughout the house, and to re-tile my bathrooms. The experience was absolutely painless. When you walk into the showroom there is a group of very well informed ladies to help you choose your floor, they allow you to bring as many samples home as you want AND they have a in-house interior designer to help you at home! The installers arrived on time, and took in my opinion whenever I gave it. Personally the best crew thats ever worked on my home! The only small issue was a damage to my baseboards which they replaced the next day at no charge. Also worth noting, the business Novateck Floor is different from Novateck Inc as it was sold over to new owners and is now a family business. After the job was completed I received a lovely thank you card in the mail that really made me feel like I was part of the family.
