They claim that they provide upfront pricing and free estimates... While this is technically correct, it is deceptive. You get the "upfront pricing" information only if you pay their technician to visit (they refused to provide a quote to me over the phone) and at that point, if you do not go with their service, they pocket the $49+ for the visit.
