Untrustworthy business conducts: Lead customers into repair/service that won't bring customer satisfactions. Both General Manager and Service Manager covered up mistakes made by their Sales Rep (a.k.a Advisers) and/or Auto Mechanics (Technicians) . Customer will end up paying more for the service/repair and misquotes mistakes. When customer called for complaints, the Service Manager did not return phone calls unless threatened to report to the G.M or Better Business Bureau Organization.
