Words can’t describe the heartening & warm assistance, Nonprofit Alliance has provided me. Upon my arrival to their office in Costa Mesa I was welcomed by two polite and kind receptionists. They welcomed me as if I were family. I then waited to be attended by a gentleman I have been dialoguing over the phone, Juan Chavez. As I was brought in to his office, I couldn’t help but to overhear a few conversations of the other staff on the phone, reassuring homeowners their home has been saved or taken care of. At that moment is when I realized I was in the right place. As soon as I sat with the gentleman, the manager came in and assured that “I was in good hands” and politely asked me if I would like water or coffee.
Juan explained N.A.C.A.’s process and structure, it is necessary to note the amount of training that is downloaded unto these Advocates. He knew everything about my home and how to help me. I submitted a loan modification with the nonprofit, I was explained my rights and educated on my credit. After going to many places trying to resolve my home’s issues N.A.C.A was the only place I found genuine assistance. I highly recommend you go here if you need help saving your home from foreclosure and if you need assistance lowering your monthly payment. They are truly a reliable and dependable organization.
