Wouldn't recommend this site at all. At first customer service is great....until you have a problem. Their site freezes up all the time. It will say you won an auction and when you go to pay it is gone and will show someone else has won. Contact customer service and they treat you badly saying it is your computers fault and think they are doing you a favor by offering your bids back. Nine bids or a 1200.00 camera???? What a joke!! Have reported them to the BBB and the Attorney Generals office. Take screenshots of everything if you do choose to use their site so you have proof of everything. Thats what I did so I have proof it is not my operating system but theirs. Will follow up with results when I hear back after NOT accepting their offer of bids!! Good day!!

Well,wanted to let everyone know that Bidsell DID come through with the camera. Talked to a very nice gentleman named Kevin on the phone today. I guess he was co-owner. He was very apologetic and seems to want to do the right thing for his customers. Anyway, just wanted to give everyone a heads up on the outcome. Good luck!!
