Terrible and illegal service. Newcastle Masterbuilders is an unlicensed contractor that will try to swindle money from you any way possible. Don't be fooled by the outrageously low bid. Peter Mugwagwa will use insufficient parts/labor to try to reduce his loss and preserve a margin at your expense. Or he will try to extort more money out of you by threatening to walk off the job.
