I have been with New Dream Network LLC (Dreamhost)for over 5 years now and I've never been happier. Not only do they offer the best web hosting packages with the best bang for the buck, they also offer great support in the form of a wiki and email support that is responsive and always quick to help with ANY problem and to get it solved.
The web panel is easy to use and helpful in a number of ways. I was able to transfer a domain from another host in a matter of hours not days, something you almost never see with any web host these days.
I currently have 5 sites hosted with Dreamhost and there is nothing, short of their going out of business,that could pull me away from these guys. (I do not see them going anywhere but up from this point in their history)
Without a doubt, the relationship I have had has been only pleasant.
