I used Victorville New American Funding for the purchase of our home 4 years ago and was so pleased with Patrick McCabe and his team that I used them again with no hesitation to refinance our loan at a lower rate this last September.
Everything went smoothly and exactly on time as scheduled. Patrick McCabe was fantastic, friendly, professional and answered every question. Charley Vanela, his assistant was on top of all issues and always returned any phone calls within minutes. She was a wealth of information on all steps of the loan process. Patrick's team besides Charley includes Valerie Lesnihoff, processor, Charlotte Price, Loan Officer and Ame Reed, Processor. Each member of his team knew all the aspects of their job and were readily available to assist me either by phone or in person if I walked in. They always were happy, smiling and made me feel complete trust in their knowledge of their positions.
Patrick and his team were not only on top of the current refinancing being done but also gave me advice on any other financial questions I had. Patrick McCabe and his "dream team" are the only people I have complete trust in to handle any of my financial needs now and in the future. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
