I have had nothing but trouble communicating with this company. They do not answer emails, and when you talk to them on the phone they do not update their records with your conversation. I had an account with them, canceled it and months later my daughter wanted to try the product again. This time I opened the account under my email address. She likes the product, however, when I reordered in Nov. they processed the order but also sent an automatic order from her account, the closed one. Once I called they said pretty much too bad, we don't have record of you closing that account, so you can send the product back refused if you want, but when we get it we might or might not be able to issue you a credit (minus shipping of course!!), that's a chance you have to take. They we not willing to work with me over the phone, poor communication in the past like I stated before. Bottom line....I canceled both accounts and am stuck with two charges on my credit card for product I don't even want and in one case didn't order! I will not be referring this company to anyone.
