I refinanced my 30 year fixed FHA loan with Network Capital to a 15 year fixed with lower APR and in the process dropping my PMI. I started working with Christian Lee (Senior Mortgage Banker) and after sending all my required information, Mr. Lee paired me with Travis Walker (Closing Processor II | Processing ). Both of these gentleman provided such a customer service that I had not experienced before. you hear everywhere you turn, every company claiming to provide excellent customer service; all I have to say is, they can learn a thing or two from Mr. Lee and Mr. Walker. I am the type of person that does not trust anyone or anything easy. In this case, I will tell everyone I know about Network Capital and Mr. Lee and Mr. Walker. To say that I am a happy customer would be a tremendous understatement.
