RE: Jessica F.
One of my pet peeves is when a company plants a review. Nelson & Gamble has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, they have had 15 complaints filed and escaped everyone of them claiming breach of contract. What was that breach? The client didn't fill out a call log. Nevermind the fact that they were told not to talk to these collectors by N&G. Nevermind the fact that nothing has been paid off, even though N7G is collecting interest on the payments made to the third party money management account. Nevermind the fact that all of the calls are picked up by the machine then placed on hold for over 75 minutes.
I'm sure Jessica F is a planted review because if N&G were honest attorneys, Jessica would not have gotten any information about Kim or her husband. That is personal and private information and is protected by law. The only way Jessica would know this (if Nelson & Gamble are honest attorneys) is if she is an employee and therefore has access to the files.
I currently have a BBB claim against them. I've been with them for a year and would love to get my money back or drop them, but their strongarm tactics leave people afraid to cancel due to the "breach of contract" threat. Despite their promises, I just received a court summons for one of the debts they're supposed to be settling. I can't tell them about it because they don't answer their phone and now the faxes don't go through.
If I could go to zero stars I would.
