I would like to resind the highly negative comments that I had previously submitted for NeedBattery.com. After being informed of this review the customer service representative contacted me with a detailed account of NeedBattery's communication with my boss. It showed that they had infact informed him of the issues while they were in progress. I admit that I had been uniformed and therefore in the wrong when writing this review.
