This was the worse experience we ever had with a mover. The day after receiving our property, I called Mr. Rick Vera saying lot of items were broken. He told me to take pictures and write down on a claim form all that was broken or damaged. We had an Oak Hutch that is completely destroyed, a Cherry Wood Desk that our son made for us in Trade school that a leg was broken.13 "Precious Moment Figurines" were broken and crystal dishes. The adjusters first words out of his mouth when he saw the damage was "was this shipment in an accident?" After one year and 4 months later fighting for what we thought was right, we only got compensated for just a few items. Our dining room Oak Table and chairs are all twisted from the heat of storage or transporting from Massachusetts to S. Carolina. I would not recommend these movers to anyone! I hope this never happens to anyone else. Please use a better mover!
