Great Service and wonderful communication

During Covid we experienced job loss and illness that led to foreclosure proceedings. We found Nationwide Retention Center by chance and Kyle reached our immediately. This is a scary a trying time for anyone facing losing their home of 12 years. Kyle and Daniel have stayed with us every step, ensured documents were done promptly, as well communicate with us throughout the entire process. We have been approved for a trial mortgage modification that’s putting on sale date on hold. We are so thankful to them thus far and look forward to a successful completion soon. Thank you Kyle and Daniel. Our family is thankful for your hard and diligent work. You make a great team and have amazing customer service and communication. We will be posting again once process is completed.
