This company seems to be a hoax. Five months ago, my husband and I paid $500 for an appraisal on our home. The appraisal was done, and we were told our credit report came back with flying colors so we would have no trouble refinancing our current mortgage. WE HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING SINCE! The person we were working with is no longer reachable at the number we were given. I have tried to contact Nationwide Mortgage Concepts and cannot find anyone to speak with. So, right now, we are out $500 for an appraisal that we never got and still have not refinanced our mortgage.
