Nationwide Lending Corporation Timeshare Scam

If you ever receive a phone call from Sam Roser (949-217-0647) with a buyer for your timeshare It Is A SCAM. Sam sent me an offer the next day. A Sun Trust Holding Co. called the following day (Robert Baller in Kissimer, FL.) with a wire transfer number for me to send $3200.00 for good faith. I was not able to confirm any of the companies or the 2 men who tried to get me to send money for the sale of my timeshare in Cabo San Lucus.
