I would like to extend a sincere appreciation to Shane Boswell. I hired Nationwide back in June to help us keep our home. He was a tremendous help through this process. There were many times that I felt helpless and frustrated dealing with my bank. I would call Shane and he would explain the process which he was right every time and assured me that everything would be okay.
