Stay as far away from this organization as you can. We were connected to this group by Bank of America in an attempt to lower our interest rate so we may continue to pay off our balance owed after loosing 30% of our family income. After giving them our financial information, as we trusted this company because Bank of America advised us to use them, their contact person named Kevin began to harass us & push us to make financial choices we felt were wrong & certainly against what we felt was in our best interest. After telling Kevin we were not interested in working with them, he continued to call us almost daily trying to force us into contracting with them.
My wife & I were worried that this company had our information so I tried to remain polite & cordial but ultimately I had to become firm with them (Kevin). At this point he still calls & theatens us but I have yet to see in impact other than unbelievable stress. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PENNICLE LAW for your own state of mind.
