This is my first time doing a review on the NNA but, I felt it was something that I needed to do for the community of Notaries. I have been a Commissioned Notary since November 2005. My commission has been continually active and my great integrity has blossomed more. At the beginning of my NNA membership, 11/2005 to 11/2006, the NNA representatives were polite. They were encouraging even. Spring up to 11/2006 to 11/2007 and the service was not as prestine. Now, 11/2007 to present (3/8/08), I have had the joy of being connected to a new NNA respresentative that did not know anything about the costs of supplies-fees-items and have to put you on hold after just 10 seconds talking to you (with a wait time of another 10 minutes), to calling back at the suggestion of another NNA rep. only to be connected to a rep. that is impatient and rude. I use to like calling here. Oh, with the gleeful reception on the other line when you're in a panic because you think you did/performed something wrong? Only to be rested assured that, you did great! Where is that service? We want it back.
