I am not nor have I ever been a fan of the NNA, and others feel it is strictly a money making business. I was forced to contact NNA because a signing service required it to continue doing business with them. NNA constantly sends out renewal request some more than a year before NNA membership will expire. They continue to send emails indicating your membership is about to expire even though a renewal request order on file. It seems to me the firm is more interest in generating revenue ( this is not all bad) rather that correcting poorly conceived business practices. I see very little value added. If I could get by without using this firm I would. I have requested several times they stop sending emails, by telephone and on the firms web site, yet emails continue to arrive. I am a very dissatisfied customer of NNA.
