I wish I had done my research before giving this company any money. Now I am being endlessly jerked around to get my first stamp, so I am also losing potential business. The agent I called several weeks ago was rude and completely unhelpful, as well as having no information about my order status except speculation. Referring to my Notary Certificate (which I downloaded to their site) she told me, "Sometimes it take a day or two to get in the system." When asked will they contact me the answer was, "Not until they are shipping your stamp." That was weeks ago, and I have heard nothing. At this moment I have been on hold long enough to get angry, sign up for this account, and write this review... and I am still on hold. I agree with the other reviewer: NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER.... you get the idea. Beware this organization!
