NNA produced two of the same orders due to their mistakes. Double billed us and refuse to refund the duplicate order. Customer service is poor. They could not seem to care any less about the proof that I have (e-mails and voice mail) that the mistake was indeed theirs. Now the will not call or e-mail to my requests for resolution on this matter. I have submitted a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
