My husband and I contacted NMM in February of this year. We were sinking with regards to our mortgage payments. I had lost my income and we were in an upside down mortgage. My headaches and worries went away after NMM contacted my lender and started negotiations. At every part of the process,we were kept up to date as to how things were progressing. NMM were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all my questions no matter how simple or complex. We are now signing paperwork with our lenders after all the good work NMM did. They helped us with filling out and filing the paperwork that had been needed to start and complete our loan modification. We would and have recommended NMM to others. We are very happy with the results ,thanks to NMM.
