National Handyman is nothing more than Doug Henkin's sole proprietorship. He did some work for me and while the work product was fine, he was very unreliable in terms of communicating with me, returning phone calls and showing up to work at our house when he promised to do so. Despite repeated calls to him and promises from him to do certain work, he completely blew us off on more than one occassion. Very strange and unprofessional behavior!
He either needs to hire an assistant to get better organized or stop making promises that he can't/won't fulfill.
