Needed to file a name change for career reason and bought some forms online. The forms provided were completly incorrect; wasted almost 3 weeks going back and forth to the courthouse after downloading one form to another. The clerk who know me by now said
i was wastinf my time and after filing fees the judge will reject these forms and petition. Contacted namechangeinc and received all the material needed. The clerk even indicated that these are corect format and motion. Thank you namechange. DJ Ferris Live
