I ordered three dresses from this site. When my order was received, one of the dresses was the wrong style and was not the one that I ordered. I called right away (I had to look up their number on BBB website, it is not listed anywhere on mygirldress site) and received a return authorization #. I sent the dress back and had to pay for return shipping even though it was not my fault. I waited a week for them to receive and contacted them again to see when the correct dress would be sent. They said they sent it that day. It never came, I contacted again and they said it was out of stock and would I like a refund or wait until it is in stock. I requested a refund by phone and by email. I still have not been refunded my money and turned it over to my credit card company as a disputed charge. Bottom line... I have been charged for a dress that I do not even have. Poor customer service, very disorganized. When I call them, it is not even an 800 number and I can hear people yelling and taping boxes in the background. Very disappointing experience.
