This is the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with. I ordered a communion dress and shoes from mygirldress.com after carefully measuring my daughter and ordering according to their size charts. Both were too small. I called immediately to return and their customer service never called me back nor responded to my emails. After trying many times, I finally reached them and they told me that ALL shoes were non-refundable. Who has that rule in today's world of online shopping? Also, all returns are charged a 15% restocking fee. I would never buy from this company again! Their dresses are cute, but it's not worth the risk if they don't fit!
