So think you're getting a good deal from this merchant? Think again. Shoddy parts and dubious replacements, all at your expense. Id give them a -1 rating if I could.
We ordered a crib mobile for our child. After a week or so of use, it failed and the merchant agreed to replace it. After several weeks and much prodding later, the merchant finally sent a different, used mobile that was incompatible with my crib set and clearly not a replacement for the defective unit. I had to return the defective and used units at my own expense, and yes, I have a problem with that. You would too if you had shelled out hard earned cash and still didn't have a mobile for your baby.
The merchant also claims the replacement was not used. However, when you open the box and find the item not factory sealed, beat up, and the parts a loose pile in the bottom of the box(ie, not factory secured), you know darn well someone else had used & returned that product. That's used in my book.
