This company is a SCAM ... We sent in our gold in August 2009 and .... apparantly ... its lost ... their Postal Tracking System Numbers DO NOT EXIST WITH THE POST OFFICE .... They dont want to help ... they dont return phone calls ... they dont even know the last name of their supervisors ... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ....
