I had an issue where I felt Mt View Tire overcharged a family member for some work performed on their vehicle. After speaking with Management, we were able to reach agreement on a solution that worked well for everyone.
While I felt like work was unwarranted, Mt View Tire was able to rectify the issue to meet my satisfaction.
