We received a letter from this company saying that my deceased mother-in-law had a death benefit with them. They wanted us to fill out a questionaire giving them all sorts of personal info about all of her family, death certificates, divorce degrees, names and addresses of all of her living family members, etc. When my husband called to talk to them, they were extremely rude, and told him if he had any questions to first send them the info they wanted and then a separate letter with any questions. She, ELise Reyes, then hung up on us. My mother in law, Joan Supplee, was not involved with the motion picture industry, in any way, since the late or middle 1990's. Joan never one time mentioned a policy with this company, never said anything about paying a premium to them or mentioned them in any other way. I don't know what you can or cannot do about this, but whatever it is we, our entire family, greatly appreciate it. Bill and Barbara Supplee and family
