Manager doesn’t care about the contract rules... I have lived here 20 years and this building has turned into a constant party house... Low income residents are discriminated against while the full paying residents are allowed to do whatever they want.. Manager creates lies about low income residents so that she may evict them... This is against the law... When contacting Moss and Company, residents are not important enough for them to talk to... They need to find out what’s going on... All they care about is money!!!
