Mortgage Close.Com pre approved me for a loan in December of 2010, I made an offer on a house in Feburary of 2011 and right before closing that had not done anything on the loan and then told me I didn't qualify. The said they would give me my $495 back that i put down for the appraisal and it is april and every time i call them they say they already refunded it. Well i don't know who got it, but it wasn't me. And by the way I bought the house. I was approved for the FHA loan they said I didn't qualify for the same day by the Bank of Eastern Oregon. The only problem with my credit is Mortgage Close. Com had ran it 2 times in one day, and once the week before, hurting it severly. Then proceeded to call my wife a liar when we told them that another bank gave us a loan the very same day. I don't know where they get this so called A plus rating, its a scam.
