I represented the seller in this transaction and worked with from Mortgage close. I have been in RE for many years and this by far was the worst company to deal with. The loan officer cursed at the buyers agent and also made many false promises. When I did have a conversation with it was originally cordial and I asked but one thing from, and that was to be straight forward with all conversations. I did not want false promises and wanted updates. He said he was with a Major Bank for many years and he only worked as a Straight shooter. Within 48 hours I catch in another lie. also mentioned that it was near impossible to get an FHA loan done in less then 45 days. Well, Buyers agent and buyer ended the relationship with, went to another lender and closed in 20 days. Enough said....I would NEVER use or recommend this company and especially.
