This company is the one company who aren’t out to make a fast buck on you, and who will actually work with/for you to save your home. They are real! Mike Devine is the person who helped save me from losing my home! How he did it, I do not know. Of course, like most people, I am/was upside down with my mortgage, hadn’t paid my mortgage for @ 20 months, hadn’t paid my property taxes (why should I if I am going to lose my home, right?) for a year, was in foreclosure with a sale date on my home, and the people who have my mortgage…Bank of America! Just having B of A as my lender is bad enough, as we all know. But somehow, he performed a miracle and saved me from losing my home, and saved me $1000.00/mo on my mortgage! Actually he saved me more, because my insurance and taxes are included in my mortgage this time. And while he was working on my modification, he saw me get hit by the death of my husband who had a stroke. And I still got my modification.
Mike Devine, thank you so much for all you did. I owe you way more than what money can buy! You saved my life, and you don’t even know it! You showed empathy and compassion for my situation, and even “held my hand” when my husband died. To me, this is priceless.
So if you need someone to help you save your home, do not hesitate and give this company a call. Do what they say they need you to do, and everything should be okay in the end. If you want to be ripped off, then go somewhere else…there are a lot of them out there! I am not the type to leave reviews for things on line, but this company did more for me than they will ever know; and they deserve a big pat on the back for saving my home and life, when I had basically given up on hope and saw no future for myself. A+++++++++++ WTG! Woo Hoo! And all that other good stuff! Thanks a million!
