I really must thank MMCH and particularly Joe Dimarzo of MMCH (Mortgage Mitigation Clearinghouse) for saving my home. It all started one evening when, I'll never forget, I was sitting in my armchair in despair because my home was going to be sold on the auction block in just a few days. I had exhausted all of my efforts and funds trying to talk to my bank. The bank wouldn't talk to me because I had serious delinquencies in my mortgage and they just kept shifting me around and not returning my messages. So I was sitting there with tears coming to my eyes trying to adjust to the inevitable...I would have to move in with a relative, when suddenly the phone rang and this very confident voice on the other end offered me help and a way out. It was Joe Dimarzo of MMCH. As he spoke I couldn't believe what I was hearing...that someone was actually talking to me, not hanging up and saying he could help. He said we had to work fast and get some papers to the Company attorney the next morning to work on because they had to stop the Sale of my home.. i went out and faxed some loan papers and did the rest by email and my salvation began that night. But Joe's help didn't stop there....I had no money....and he was able to wait a week for ONLY $500.....Yes, this company went to work for me and hit the ground running with NO MONEY......it wasn't until about 3 weeks later that I was able to pay them. And they stopped the sale of my home..and Joe had his processing secretary call me daily with up-to-date information on the progress of my getting my home back. Then he told me their lawyer would call me. Their lawyer not only negotiated with my bank and saved my home from foreclosure but gave me financial help on how I could best arrange my limited income to my advantage. Today I am able to live in my cherished home with peace and joy and confidence that I received. Maybe you know how happy I am to be able to remain in the home of my dreams. And it all began with that confident friendly voice on the line offering me help and telling me to be calm ...."Hello Ms. Kelley, this is Joe Dimarzo of MMCH........"
