I couldn’t be happier with the experiences that I’ve had with Monex. I am stunned by many of the complaints in these reviews, and found a few of them to be too bizarre to be credible.
I first did business with Monex in 1974. They were an honest, responsible vendor then and still are. My transactions with Monex during the past two years have been stellar. My account representative, James Ipek, was invariably courteous and professional and explained Monex’s policies to me before I invested. He’s also remarkably knowledgeable about Monex’s policies and procedures and about the metals markets.
Before I invested, I knew Monex’s bid and ask spread, commissions and spot price. I was therefore able to determine whether Monex was right for me before any money was involved. When I made my purchase, all costs were EXACTLY as Mr. Ipek described to me. There were no surprises.
This is a good, reliable, well-run company and always has been so.
