In early November 2010 I decided to purchase some gold from Monex.I had just returned from working overseas.I was scheduled for surgery that afternoon. Hours after I purchased $15,000 worth of gold I found out there was a problem with my health insurance company when I got to the hospital,and would be responsible for a large portion of the surgery I had neck surgery and immediately called Monex the next day when I was released must say I was not in the best shape as I could barely talk.After explaining the situation I was passed to a supervisor who went OUT OF HIS WAY to immediately handle the issue.Monex sold the gold I had bought for a loss of $1,651.36. They refunded the total amount of the check I had sent them.They did not charge me anything for the trouble or loss.I resolved the issue with the insurance company-they were wrong.Once I was healed and ready to purchase my gold who do you think I called--MONEX -wouldn't you.My agent Derrick was more than helpful,also selling me some silver.
