Ordered two vanities and two tubs from Modern Bathroom. First the order was wrong for the tubs as I realized that the tubs on the order sheet were not the ones that I had described. Then the tubs took over a month to be delivered. Then I found out that one of the tubs was damaged in the corner, and the corner of the shipping box that was damaged had been covered in white tape so it wouldn't be noticed until the box was opened.
I contacted Modern Bathroom, described and sent pictures of the damaged tub, box that it was sent in (including the covering tape) and they said I needed to call the manufacturer (?!). After some wrangling, calling the manufacturer, and (of course) the manufacturer telling me that I needed to contact Modern Bathroom...they (Modern Bathroom) said that it would take over 30 days to return, credit and get me a new tub (?!). I am contemplating small claims court at this point as I could not wait over 30 days for a bathroom remodel that was stopped due to the damaged tub.
Terrible customer service. Absolutely not recommended.
