This company has the worst customer service. I purchased two sinks on 1/25/11. I was told by Arthur shaginyan that one sink was on back order from china and it would take 6 weeks for me to receive. I was fine with that. I received the first sink with no problem as of yet have not received the second sink. I emailed Mr. Shaginyan 2 times on 2/22/11 and 3/16/11 and did not receive a response back. I called 4 times in between those dates and spoke to a young lady who I did not get her name. The first time she said there was a delay in the shipping and this was the march phone call. I spoke to her 4/25/11 and she informed me that the shipping manager was to lunch and would call me back as soon as got in. Of course she never called back. So I called today and finally catch back with Arthur where he now tells me that he originally told me 3 months instead of six weeks like I am some type of idiot and made up six weeks. Instead of 1. just calling me or responding to me throughout the process to let me know of the delays would have been sufficient I would have respected that and/or 2. just apologizing for the inconvenience would have gone a long way but Arthur refused to let me speak to a manager, he said that he was the manager and the owner but now coming to this site I find out that is not the case and I just want people to beware of the deliver times and make sure they put it in writing if you choose to use them. I know I will never use them again this was terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!
