We have been using Mother Natures Miracle for about 2 years and have always appreciated the product. However we have tried to postpone our shipment which was on auto ship, twice and have had confirmation numbers, but have still been charged, both times.
We tried to speak to a customer service representative and had a poor experience and got no help. We were told to call back when we receive our shipment. Too late now, we were charged $300.00 and have to contact them at their convenience. I guess they cannot be trusted again and we will have to cancel our credit card #, because they may run it again, even though they said they would not, twice on 2 different purchase occasions.
