I see I'm not alone in my experience with these knuckleheads.I just received a letter to settle for less than $2,500. and now I see (by other posts)I'll probably never even see that. This, maybe, will cover one of the failed windows but not the cracks in the stucco or interior walls. What a joke. I can't help but wonder who's side Milstein Adleman is on, the homeowners or the builders. Maybe they really were hired by Dell Webb-Pulte to drag this out and accept an offer so ridiculous.
