The other reviews are dead on. Same story as the others. They filed a class action suit against my home builder and received a settlement. They called me up and said they had a check ready for me, but I needed to sign a release first. I asked the attorney how much it was, and he said it varied by house. I asked for a ballpark amount, but he would not tell me. I received the release and it said I would get between $4500-7000. Well its been 4 months and nothing. Left voice mails with the attorney, office manager and everyone in between and nothing. You would think after hearing so many messages from me they would call. All I want to know is the status of the thing. They got their money, but will not give you your money.
