I was concerned about possible leaks and contacted Milner Roofing, who had re-roofed the house over 20 years ago. They located some loose flashing and advised that he could repair the problem areas while out here. He described the work required and provided a verbal quote. I authorized the work and it was completed in approximately 1 1/2 hours. He advised roof had at least another 2-3 years of useful life. Promptly arrived as scheduled and completed all work immediately. Did not attempt to sell me a new roof, but did the most cost effective repair. I trust this company completely and I will have them redo the roof, when that is necessary.
