Review 2/3/2009

I retained Mike Tenenbaum as the general contractor for a bathroom remodel in the fall of 2008. Mike assembled his team, and the results were outstanding: all aspects of the work, tile, paint, glass, etc. were performed to satisfy even the most discriminating customer.
Observing the meticulous care with which the bathroom work was done, I contracted with Mike to have our kitchen/dining room floor tiled as well, and was not disappointed. The work was done with care and fineness; there is simply no room for improvement at all. My wife and I are delighted with our new floor.
What characterizes Mike Tenenbaum’s skill as a general contractor is the quality of craftsmen that he attracts. All those who worked in my house were professionals who not only worked accordingly, but who also were cognizant of the difficulties of living in a space while major improvements are in progress. Mike’s subcontractors made the experience as easy as it can be, under the circumstances.
Another of Mike Tenenbaum’s talents is the organization that he brings to projects. Everything dove-tailed, and each phase of the work progressed without let-up. One craftsman finished his part to be immediately followed by the next step in the process. In addition to the pleasure of watching the work progress I enjoyed the craftsmen’s careful attention to details, which greatly enhanced the appearance of both the bathroom and the floor.
I find Mike Tenenbaum’s rates very reasonable. For the quality of the work that is delivered, his rates are actually bargain basement. The money we spent to renovate the bathroom and the floor was truly well spent, something we will never look back on with regret. We certainly received value for our money.
I recommend Mike Tenenbaum’s services without hesitation or reservation. Please feel free to contact me to hear about my glorious shower and dining room floor.
