Rude, over-priced and illiterate

Unbelievable. 2 clogged sinks, guy comes in and looks at them for 2 minutes, goes back to his truck and comes in with an invoice I can't read a single word of, and wants $3500. I asked if he could just snake the sinks and he talks down to me. Rude, overpriced, and illiterate. Another guy came 3 hours later and snaked it in 5 minutes so my kids could brush their teeth again and everything is fine.
