When my Frigidaire dishwasher broke, I called the manufacturer and their representative recommended factory an authorized dealer Michaels Appliance Repair. Dispatcher Mark from Michaels Appliance Repair talked to me over the phone and was helpful and polite. He made sure that technician came to my house same day when I made initial call and looked at my broken dishwasher. The technician was knowledgeable person and explained me which parts needed to be replaced and provided me a quote for the repair. I agreed to repair my dishwasher and technician brought necessary parts from his van. I had my dishwasher running and working the same night. I wanted to share this experience with anyone who might need to repair their dishwashers in the future.
