Before using this company please check them out on line. They will take your money!!!!! I was told I was approved by this company to refi my mortagage on 6-29-10. I paid a lock fee of a 1000.00 and was told it would be afew weeks to get all the paper work ready. After waiting afew weeks I kept gettting told that it had to be another couple weeks ect...this went on until 9-20-10 Basically they were stalling because my lock rate was only good for 30 days. After 30 days told me I was no longer approved for this loan. Big scam !!!!!! Also the people I delt with were all of a sudden no longer with the company and I had to deal with a whole bunch of diffenent people who acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. These guys are crooks!!
