Ive lived at Mercer since 2009. Ive heard about the roach festation since then and now have roaches in my place. The Asst. Mgr did confess about the festation and they can only offer a exterminator to spray. Not to mention the excessive amount of dog feces around the property. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS PLACE!Its the worst property ever!!!!!!!
